Banking, finance and digital assets
Digital asset lawyer
LL.M. candidate, Boston University School of Law
Cross border counsel on how law keeps pace with technology, without leaving people behind.

Practice areas
Four lines of work, each sitting where financial regulation meets emerging technology. Open a row to read further.
Regulatory structuring and compliance across cross border banking transactions. The work is in reading how the rules of one jurisdiction land inside another, and knowing when a transaction needs rebuilding rather than re-papering.
Advisory on emerging technology, tokenised assets, and financial innovation. These are the questions that arrive before the rules do, and they still need defensible answers in the meantime.
Consulting shaped by education and practice across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Three legal cultures that rarely agree, and the work of moving between them.
Policy facing work with professional bodies, including the Boston Bar Association. Community initiatives, ethical practice, and the institutional side of a profession under pressure to change.

Not yet. I am currently a law student. This platform is intended to share my academic journey, insights, research interests, and professional development experiences.
My interests lie at the intersection of banking and finance law, fintech regulation, and digital and technology law, with a strong emphasis on policy, ethics, and global legal systems. I am particularly drawn to how regulation can balance innovation, accountability, and inclusion in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
